I've never looked back!

" I started using your Naked Shampoo and conditioner when it was first introduced to Boots. Even though my budget doesnt really reach what they cost, I was fed up with the ordinary shampoos even good named brands too, as they were not doing the job that they said on the bottle! However, I gave Naked a go, and have never looked back!  From the first use of shampoo and conditioner my hair felt and looked so healthy, it was glossy, which it hadn't been since I was a teen and I am 53 now, but still like to have nice hair and wear makeup etc. Hence, I have never looked back! I thought I would insert a photo as on one of the sites I chat on, someone asked me what shampoo I used, and of course I told them!

Thankyou for producing this product, I have read the story, it was a normal everyday woman like myself that had children with problems concerning their scalp I believe, and she set out to find the perfect shampoo etc for people with similar problems, and I am so proud of her to have fulfilled such a huge task, well done! I love your products!

 

 I am in the first stages of exploring more natural products & have spent the last few weeks tinkering with Ojon shampoo (which made my hair look & feel truly awful) & various Burts Bees products (which are nice but expensive & my husband hates the smells!)  He’s really very loving but said I smelled like a tramp’s bottom.

 

My Mum commented my hair had lost it’s shine so I picked up some of your shine shampoo & conditioner in Boots & my hair felt squeaky clean & soft on first use.  I ordered more products from your site & I’m thoroughly enjoying testing them out. 

Ginger bodywash – used it this morning for the first time & it’s a hit!  It is so zingy (if that’s a word) refreshing & moisturising without feeling greasy.  Compared with normal shower gels it feels like you’re adding moisture not stripping it from your skin.

Rose face wash – astounding – used it to take my make up off last night.  I didn’t need eye make up remover, my face felt marvelously soft & clean & it left me with healthy rosy pink cheeks (my usual expensive Chanel facewash leaves me with red blotches)  

Cocoa butter cream – really easily absorbed & I’ve actually used it as a face cream today & my skin feels great.  I normally use eye cream & face moisturizers but this does the trick & my skin is still moisturized & soft at 7pm.

Honey hand lotion – smell is quite strong & it takes a while to rub in but you can actually feel it resisting water when you wash your hands.  I’ve had my parent’s dogs on loan for the last 3 days so have washed my hands constantly & they’re not in bits like they normally would be (my hands not the dogs).  

Orange Hand Wash – again smells quite strong but similar to the bodywash you can feel oils moisturizing when you wash – I love it.

 

Candle & t-shirt both lovely. Candle burning in my home office today & I’ve managed not to shout at anybody so must be doing the trick!!

 

 I’ve saved the best till last – the little sachet of rescue hair treatment – AMAZING. I cannot believe the effect it had on my hair.  I have naturally wavy thick coarse hair – my natural state as a child was cave girl hair.  My whole adult life I’ve endured products (& hairdressers) trying to smoothe, flatten, weigh down & generally tame it.  No more – I’m 34 next week, not as quick to conform anymore & I actually like BIG hair!!  This product took 20 years off my hair.  It’s soft, shiny, thick, healthy & wavy again!! Sorry this is such a long e-mail but I’m so impressed.  My husband & I both have psoriasis & eczema in varying degrees depending on stress levels, his is worse & for ages I’ve been convinced he needs to go natural & the shampoo is working a treat for him.

 Finally, you’ve inspired me to look at all my cosmetics & think greener, healthier & safer, so thanks – the whole thing so far is a pleasure & an inspiration. Sorry for the long ramble & keep up the good work.

No more Rhino Skin!

"I just wanted to drop the folks of Naked a line to congratulate you on some fabulous products!I have rhino skin for the most part (during the winter) and on the run up to my wedding I was at my wits end to find something that would make my skin smooth and glowy looking, as my dress was off the shoulder.Thankfully I found the Sea Minerals Scrub & the Cocoa butter body lotion.By the time my wedding day came around my skin was absolutely glowing thanks to these two products, I'm never without them now (& I don't have rhino skin either!)Just wanted to thank you & say keep up the good work (and fab products!)"

"I recently purchased your volumising shampoo and conditioner to try from Boots whilst they were on offer, attracted by the fact that they do not contain parabens, petro chemicals or any other nasties. Plus, as a long term vegetarian and fellow "eco worrier", it's great to see an affordable, attractive toiletries range that fulfills all of the criteria that you do. You have certainly raised the bar!
I have since bought some more of your haircare products from Boots, and will be coming back to your website soon to buy some more goodies. I am also recommending your products to friends.

Guilt Free Gorgeousness!

"I am totally hooked on almost everything I''ve tried from the Naked range; partiularly the cocoa butter moisturiser and the Coco de Mer bath foam. I''ve just bought the detox shampoo and am trying it today for the first time, having been won over by the Shine and Colour shampoos. I do have a sensitivity to certain synthetic perfumes, so tend not to try products I am not familiar with. But I don''t have to worry with the Naked range which is great!

A Happy Naked Convert

I received my order yesterday, really quickly, having had some brilliant
help and advice from you by phone. I just wanted to let you know how
delighted with the products I am.  The rose face wash has soothed my
skin after just two uses to the extent that the pimply rash from which I
have suffered for over a year has now all but vanished.  The hand lotion
does not inflame my eczema and smells absolutely gorgeous and the sachet
of hair treatment has worked nicely too.  I have ridiculously thick hair
and tend to buy "smoothing" conditioners to flatten it.  Your product
makes my hair soft and frizz-free but without flattening it down and,
more importantly, does not give me an itchy scalp and neck (ugh) like
other products. I intend to buy a tub of this when I am feeling a bit
more flush!
I loved the packaging, it was very stylish and a bit gift-like with all
the tissue paper, but I would be interested to know if it is possible to
send orders with less packaging, in the interests of the environment?
Also, when I spoke to someone on the 'phone before placing my order, I
asked after facial moisturisers.  The woman to whom I spoke said that
there were plans to launch some next year.  This cannot come soon enough
for me as I still need to use some moisturiser after washing my face and
am currently using Simple which is not nearly as nice as Naked and a bit
full of parabens etc despite the marketing.  Can I enquire after/
suggest some Manuka Honey moisturiser for the gorgeous smell and
antibacterial properties which I imagine would benefit bizarrely spot
prone and dry skin such as mine?

I just received my order from you - thanks so much for affordable 
natural products - and really real ones - not ones with parabens or 
other nasties lurking in the background,
I have found it really hard to find things that don't react with my 
sensitive skin and making it all red and blotchy.

All I need from you guys now is a great face moisturiser and then I 
would be set! Hope this is in your plan - and see you for my next order!

Fantastic Customer Service

Many many thanks for your fantastic customer service.  The Cocoa Butter arrived the next day.  Can I also just say how impressed both Lynne & I are with the Rose Facial Wash - it's excellent.

I have now got both my daughters (& some of their friends) using your products - shampoos, hand cream, shower wash, face wash etc etc & we are all really delighted with them.

Big Fan

Hi Naked,

I discovered your skin and hair care products in Boots at Christmas time and I have to say I absolutely love them!  I have used natural/organic products for a few years now and I can't tell you how happy I am to see natural products on the high street and not have to order on line and at such great prices too!

My favourite products are your shampoo and conditioners.  They were such a lovely surprise, as other products I have tried don't quite live up to conventional chemical based products but yours definitely do.  I also love your body washes and bubble bath products to.  Most bubble baths do not agree with my sensitive skin but I have had no problems with yours.

As you can tell I'm a big fan and look forward to seeing more products in future!  I would love it if you developed a hair styling range too as I'm always keen to stay away from chemical based products and with my frizzy curly hair it's not easy.

I hope other people can learn the beauty of natural products.  Keep up the good work.

Just Wanted To Say .....

Hi everyone at Naked.
 
Just wanted to say a big thank you, as a student it is often difficult to afford natural products and i've been trying to find an affordable natural range of products for a while and now i finally found one! I love your products and think it is fantastic that someone has finally caught up to the fact that we should be taking care of our skin using natural ingredients instead of man-made!
 
Due to learning about parabens & petrochemicals etc i have began reading the labels on everything i buy and due to the mass amounts of brands that use such ingredients i have cut down on body creams, face creams and the amount of make up i wear, barely touching any kind of foundation! I was even stunned to learn the Body Shop use 4 or 5 different parabens in their body lotions alone!
 
I was just wondering if you had any plans to branch into make up products as a lot of brands never put the ingredients on their products, which makes you wonder what exactly is in them.

Manuka Honey Protective Hand Lotion

Just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the Manuka Honey Hand Lotion. I’ve been suffering with eczema on my hands for about 4 years now and even steroid creams from the doctor haven’t had as good an effect as your hand cream.  It helps to keep it at bay in the first place but, if I do get a flare up come up overnight (especially recently with the hot weather) it calms and sooths beautifully, stopping the flare up in its tracks before it starts cracking/bleeding etc.  This is a miserable condition that can be really depressing so it means a lot to me to have a product that I can rely on. Thank you so much.

Thank Goodness!

THANK GOODNESS you have created this Naked range. I've been looking for an affordable range without SLS and petrochemicals for years!!! I can now finally use a handwash without my hands drying out and cracking and being red and itchy and sore. Just been to Boots today to buy the whole range, and it's bliss washing my hands now, especially as i have a small baby and my hands in water alot!!!
