Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society
Between 9th-15th June is Save the Whale Week - an event aimed at raising awareness that the International Whaling Ban we all thought was so comfortably in place is beginning to look decidedly wobbly.
The WDCS is a very proactive, peaceful lobbying group which believes that every whale and dolphin is important and deserving of protection. They safeguard their communities, populations and whole species and support ground breaking scientific research and conservation projects and push for better protection for whales and dolphins by countries around the world.
