Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society
Between 8th-14th June is Save the Whale Week - an event aimed at raising awareness that the International Whaling Ban we all thought was so comfortably in place is beginning to look decidedly wobbly.
The WDCS is a very proactive, peaceful lobbying group which believes that every whale and dolphin is important and deserving of protection. They safeguard their communities, populations and whole species and support ground breaking scientific research and conservation projects and push for better protection for whales and dolphins by countries around the world.

Trees
They’re beautiful to look at, kids (and big kids) love to climb them and they do amazing things for our planet each and every day. That’s why we need to protect them, both here in the UK and also in the far flung corners of the world, so we’ve teamed up with both The Woodland Trust and the Rainforest Foundation for our Christmas gift packs in 2007.
