Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with you order we can offer a refund or exchange for the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) providing they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase and you provide us with your unique Order Reference Number. We aim to handle you returns within seven working days of your claim. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied (Doh), then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs for delivery and return of the goods.
