Delivery Information:
Please note:
Orders must be placed before 12 noon if you wish to receive an order for Next Day delivery.
Orders will be delivered in the timeframe indicated on our Delivery Terms – this of course depends on which Delivery Service you choose.
Any orders placed on a UK Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day – apologies we do not process orders on bank holidays or at the weekend. Our team work hard to get out your orders from Monday to Friday.
UK Orders:
If you have paid extra for Special Delivery and are not around to sign for your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
If the parcel can’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up. It will soon be in your hands!
Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
International Orders:
Many of our products are now available for delivery overseas. We regret that we are unable to send perfume and aerosols via international delivery, on account that these items are hazardous and unable to be taken by Royal Mail or by Courier. These products are highlighted online to help you order correctly.
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure, and is currently only available in countries where the item tracking allows as per the delivery information table.
Delivery Address
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or even your place of employment (whatever is easier for you!) but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want delivery to reach you at work, please be sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier can normally only deliver to the address and not directly to the person.
BFPO addresses
We don’t like to leave anyone out and of course we ship to BFPO addresses using our standard delivery option. This is how it works: All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces Post Office to deliver your parcel to the correct location. Simple as that!
Please be aware: We are unable to ship orders over 2kg to BFPO addresses. Thanks for your understanding!
Returns and Cancellations
Cancelling an Order:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders we receive are normally processed on the same day you place an order. If you have any queries about your order please do not hesitate to contact us on our Customer Care line Freephone 0800 028 7321 or by email info@kmiclub.com. We are open for business Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm.
Returning an Order:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer a refund or exchange for the full value of the goods- we are good like that! You can return an item by Royal Mail by using the Keep Me Inspired Freepost Address below, just telling us why you would like to return the items and giving the original Order Reference Number.

Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of your return. Refunds for any items received as a gift will be credited onto the ordering customers credit or debit card.

We appreciate that sometimes life isn’t always perfect, and not every product will suit every person. As a result of this, if you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please contact Customer Services within 30 days from order, who will help you to find a suitable alternative item.
