Well... Groupon has certainly been very popular, hasn't it? We've been seriously flattered by all the attention blush... We hope that our current Naked nutters enjoy the special deal and that all the newbies enjoy popping their Naked cherry.

This is the first time we've ever run anything like this, we're doing our best but we know it's not been ideal for some of you. Hopefully we can answer some of the questions we've been getting and help you on your way to redeeming your vouchers.

How to redeem on the Naked Website.
Firstly, select all the Naked goodies you want and then view your basket. At the bottom of the page, there is a box where you can input a promotional code. This is where you need to put in your Groupon code. Make sure you hit "Apply Code" before proceeding to checkout as shown in the picture below:

Your page will refresh and show a green bar showing the code has been input successfully, as shown in the picture below. Your new total complete with the discount will show at the bottom of the page. You can then proceed to checkout. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will be able to help.

Getting what you want.
It's true that there have been some stock issues and we are REALLY sorry for any inconvenience that this is causing. We have had a BIG order that is now online, so we hope that you'll be able to find what you want over this weekend. There have been issues on a couple of the products: Angelica Bath Foam and Thirst Aid are two products that we are struggling with. We do have another delivery that will be available on Wednesday morning (delivered and available online) if you want to wait for these items.

We've been contacted by a few of you saying that in the past you've been forced to order things you haven't necessarily wanted because of stock issues with other Groupon offers: all we can say is to please don't panic if something you want isn't in stock as we're trying our best to make sure there's enough of everything by the time the voucher expires on June 5th. We love ALL Naked products, so if you can't wait, we are sure that you'll love whatever you choose!
