We're really feeling the cold today in the Naked Body Care office, no matter how much tea we drink or how many clothes we wear we're still cold!

So, I've taken it upon myself to discover what foots and natural methods you can use to warm up those bones!

Starting from foods, the following list of foods have been proved to warm the body from the inside out. This process of creating warmth in the body is called Thermogenisis.

Hot Peppers- These stimulants contain natural chemicals which raise the body temperature

Black Pepper- Again influences Thermogenisis in the body

Ginger- Not only great for bad stomachs and to get rid of headaches, Ginger warms the body

Green Tea- Packed with anti oxidants, Green Tea is an incredibly healthy drink and warm you up from the inside, you can sweeten a cup with organic honey

Coconut Oil- A great way of getting your natural recommend amount of daily fats and also increases your body temperature.

If you have a sedentary job like sitting in an office, get up and move around as much as possible, make a fist with one hand and roughly rub all over your arms, chest and back, this increases the circulation of blood, which rises to the skins surface.

Yoga is a great exercise to increase blood flow and keep you warm, so before you grab your lunch, try a couple of downward dogs in the office to get the blood flowing again and warm the body, you'll be nicely surprised.

Ultimately if you do really suffer from the cold, dress sensibly. Big thick knitted jumpers do not trap the heat, you need lots of thin layers to trap the warmth and thermals are a great base layer!

Keep warm and snug with our fabulous tips!
